The Facility Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of student educational experiences, programs, and services related to campus fitness and recreation facilities. The Facility Manager provides leadership for the Henley Hall Fitness Center, the Julianne Argyros Fitness Center, the Doti-Struppa Rock Wall, and the Masson Family Beach Club and recreation area.
The Facility Manager manages the day-to-day operations and staffing of the fitness and recreation facilities, the development and implementation of student services and resources within the facilities, the ongoing maintenance of facilities and facility equipment. The Facility Manager will supervise graduate assistants and/or student staff members and assist with the general administration of the department as designated by their supervisor. The Facility Manager is a member of the department senior leadership team and will contribute to department initiatives and goals, as well as those of the Division of Student Affairs. The Facility Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Student Engagement.
