Description
LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Facilities Manager (Project Manager) to oversee our contract to provide operations and mechanical maintenance services for federal facility. Position reports to the Senior Vice President of Facilities.
Qualifications/Experience:
The Facilities Manager shall have at a minimum a bachelor's degree and 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for large buildings of the approximate size (single facility over 200,000 square feet) and characteristics of the building to be covered by this contract.
