This position fosters a winning culture and organization by managing and facilitating all administrative functions in support of Jimmy Johns' Chief Operating Officer and her leadership team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative support to the COO to include maintaining calendars; scheduling appointments/conference calls; booking travel, lodging, and ground transportation logistics. Coordinate and prioritize work plan; adjust work plan to meet unscheduled events when necessary.

• Handle communications that don't require COO's direct involvement.

• Print relevant materials as needed

• Arrange all necessary items to include caterings and materials for meetings

• Take notes and distribute monthly team meeting notes.

• Manage calendar and COO's filing system

Facilitation of information for meetings/projects. Compose, edit and proof presentations and other documents; ensuring correct templates and formatting. Print documents, bind presentations, distribute documents as needed.

Maintain department G&A. Process T&Es for COO. Process all invoices for payment.

Assist various VPs, and team members with misc. projects as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum requirements include an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.

• 4 year degree preferred

• 4+ years of experience in a senior executive-level support role is required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

• Excellent typing and computer skills, including high proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel. Strong Power Point skills vital

• Very detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strictest confidentiality in dealing with sensitive and confidential information

• Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills, verbal and written

• Ability to interpret and analyze data and make recommendations based on findings

• Effective project management skills

• Sound decision-maker

• Must conduct himself/herself in a professional, respectful and appropriate manner at all times with the highest integrity
