Evercommerce (Nasdaq: EVCM) is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to join our growing Finance team. Reporting to the Accounting Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall order to cash process including revenue recognition for a subset of EverCommerce's portfolio of subsidiaries.

You communicate effectively up and down the chain of command to ensure that you understand entity-wide strategic priorities, how your team's mission fits into that plan, and to ensure that your team is executing effectively and efficiently. You take ownership of your work and that of your team, and self-correct when necessary to get back on track.

COVID-19 Update: The EverCommerce team is currently in a hybrid environment of office and work from home.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the order to cash process for certain businesses driving continuous operational improvements
  
• Thoroughly understand current billing, cash application and cash collection processes and revamp to streamline processes, build efficiencies and add controls
  
• Onboard acquired companies, drafting and implementing revenue, billing & AR policies
  
• Manage 6-12 direct and indirect reports with opportunity to grow team through acquisition of additional subsidiaries
  
• Assist Evercommerce team in implementation of best-in-class billing and revenue recognition systems (NetSuite and Zone Billing), consolidating current systems where deemed necessary
  
• Maintain data integrity of revenue and billings for yearly financial statement audit
  
• Manage monthly close process for assigned subsidiaries, adhering to required deadlines and shortening timelines where possible
  
• Assist Evercommerce team in the implementation of a SOX control environment and ensure direct reports comply with documentation and deliverables
  
• Additional ad-hoc projects as needed
  

Must Haves:

• 4-5+ years of accounting experience
  
• BS/BA degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
  
• 1-3 years of public accounting experience at a mid-size or Big 4 accounting firm with solid revenue background
  
• Strong understanding of month-end and year-end close processes
  
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards surrounding revenue recognition
  
• Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills
  
• Excellent attention to detail, writing and communication skills

Compensation: The target compensation for this role is $90,000-$110,000 per year, plus eligible bonus, in Denver and most remote areas. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
