Event ManagerBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Events Project Manager (New York City or San Francisco CA) We place consultants for end clients all over USA. Job Title: Events Project ManagerLocation: New York City or San Francisco CAAnticipated Duration: 12 Months Contract
Role Description:
Event management for all Ventures events, including virtual, in-person, and hybrid.
Proven track record of managing all event-related requirements, including tracking RSPVs and keeping the production and delivery of assets and copy on track; working with multiple stakeholders to ensure all aspects of event management are set up ahead of time and run flawlessly.
The candidate will work closely with the Ventures Marketing, Communications, & Platform team, partner with event and production management as well as tech and A/V teams across and beyond, and liaise with promo vendors on shipping items to speakers and guests.
We are seeking someone who takes ownership, is collaborative and highly organized, and can manage multiple deadlines simultaneously to keep all events on track. .
