Job Summary

Providesoversight for plant operations including Safety and Environmental Compliance, gathering system operations, pipeline operations, pipeline integrity, CMMS efforts, training and mentoring, budgeting and forecasting.Manages employee development and interacts with customers.

What you will be responsible for

  • SupervisesPlantand ComplianceOperators,IR Technicians, Emission Analyzers and otheremployees.by planning and scheduling work, providing work direction, performance feedback and training.
  • Servesas liaison between the Asset, Environmental Compliance and Permitting Personnel, and various State and Federal Agencies to ensure the Asset remains in compliance with all requirements.
  • Trains, mentorsand developsemployees.
  • Servesas a resource for compliance activities across the asset.
  • Coordinatescommercial and engineeringemployeesproviding input/ideas on projects related to gas acquisition opportunities and ongoing expansion projects.
  • WorkswithOperations,Engineering Health and Safety andEnvironmentalCompliance andPermitting on design reviews, preconstruction items, PHA's MOC's, and PSSR's to ensure facilities are constructed and operated per permit requirements.
  • Analyzesvarious operating data from SCADA, etc. to monitor compliance with our air permits, SPCC Plans and Storm Water permits.
  • Evaluatesdataforcompliance.
  • Improvesreliability and efficiency while reducing risk.
  • Strivesfor operational excellence.
  • Performs other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Qualifications
  • High school degree orequivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree desirable.
  • Has valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Willing to work overtime and handle call-outs.
  • 2 years of maintenance associated with gas gathering and compression, and operating experience.
  • Has previous leadership experience.
  • Possessesskills and abilitiesto influence at a local level and across a broad organization.
  • Has strong communication skills, interpersonal skillswithability to build relationships.
  • Worksindependently as well as part of a team.
Special Demands

This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc. Noise level is typically low. Frequently in a stationary, sitting position for prolonged periods of time. Regularly moves about inside the office to complete tasks, attend meetings or to access the copy machine or file cabinets. Periodically pulls/pushes doors open to move around the office. Occasionally may lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds. Occasional travel may be required.
