We are currently accepting resumes for the role of ETL Developer. This is a Full Time position that has been approved for 100% remote.

Principal Purpose of Position:

  • Design, develop, document complex processes that consolidate and integrate data
  • Develop data integration process flows and data mappings
  • Follow and contribute to best practices for data integration workflows
  • Collaborate with the Data Architecture team to understand and implement load processes for reporting and analytic data structures (data warehouses, data marts and data lakes)
  • Performance tune and troubleshoot ETL processes under development and in production as necessary.
  • Work with the DBA team to tune and refactor ETL workflows to perform well with databases.
  • Work with the Data Architects to augment ERD's as changes are developed
  • Develop, maintain, and extend reusable data integration components, per design from senior ETL developers/architects.
  • Ensure all data integration processes are documented and recoverable as it pertains to disaster recovery.
  • Collaborate and be approachable to the team.
  • Provide timely project and task updates to all concerned parties
  • Monitor production data integration jobs and correct failures in a timely manner
  • Create and manage incident reports as they pertain to data integration processes
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Relevant Work Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in data integration and/or data warehousing
  • Must have significant experience using enterprise ETL tools
    • 2+ years of Azure Data Factory experience
    • 1 + tears Azure DevOps - GIT Repo for Data Factory Version control
  • Must have a strong command of SQL/ANSI SQL for ETL relating to data warehousing and integration.
  • Must have a proven track record of developing well-structured, maintainable ETL solutions
  • Preferred: Experience/Exposure to Azure data resources: Gen 2 Storage, Data Explorer and Power BI

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Training in ETL tool
