JOB SUMMARY

Coordinates activities with the Operations teams in order to facilitate environmental compliance. Audits and monitors data, systems and processes for compliance required by environmental regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Collects Title V data
  • Enters air emission events and spills into the Company and Agency databases
  • Completes Greenhouse Gas (GHG) blowdown tracking and assists with Subpart W and C updates
  • Responds to spills and coordinates onsite activities
  • Prepares manifests for waste shipments
  • Tracks and obtains operational data to ensure compliance with environmental permits
  • Maintains records required by regulatory permits
  • Assists with routine monitoring and collection of environmental data
  • Updates environmental data in various systems and databases
  • Assists with the preparation of environmental reports
  • Tracks corrective actions associated with observations/findings noted during inspections or audits
  • Prepares records and documents for agency inspections
  • Assists with agency inspections and internal audits
  • Performs other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of two years related experience is required; oil and gas industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

SPECIAL DEMANDS
  • This job operates in a mix of an office environment and plant/field environments and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
SALARY

The salary $68,600-$109,700.
