GDH Consulting is looking for an English Community Moderator to work remotely.
What you'll do
Our client is looking for a high-caliber community moderator/manager who will be part of a team delivering an outstanding online community experience for customers, partners and technology enthusiasts. You will help people collaborate and get assistance with common issues and advice about technology decisions by providing access to expertise and a wealth of documented knowledge to encourage online self-support. The position requires daily monitoring and engagement, as well as, coordination of live virtual events and metrics gathering and reporting.

We work with partners to deliver an extraordinary community experience, including other community management professionals willing to share their expertise. The Community moderation team is responsible for being the face of the client to thousands of technologists. Who you are
Who you are
You are an experienced community manager with outstanding communication and organizational skills, including:
- Knowledge of online community platforms, e.g. Khoros
- Business level thinking and ability to translate community needs into opportunities for improving customer experience
- Experience working across different teams, both collocated and globally distributed, to create an exceptional community experience
- Experience with hands-on online community management on platforms such as Khoros
- Strong ability to stablish a good rapport with technology experts and community members
- Knowledge of Photoshop and imaging and video domain applications, such as Camtasia is a plus
- Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
