Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a talented Hardware Quality Engineer to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The selected Hardware Quality Engineer will possess/have experience with:

• Ability to use performance measures, system components, models and simulations to evaluate anticipated end performance
• Identification and implementation of performance metrics
• Data analytics
• Evaluating and dispositioning nonconforming material
• Ability to identify and review intermediate artifacts (i.e. analyses and reports) to verify and validate stakeholder requirements throughout system life cycle
• Acceptance activities (e.g. Receiving, in process, final)
• Qualification activities (e.g. process/product)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. 1ERP)
• Conduct product and process audits and evaluations
• Knowledge of MRP systems (e.g. SAP)

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field.
• 2-5 years of related hardware/quality experience.
• Active Top Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI
