RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's Atlanta, GA is a seeking a fully remote eCommerce Business Analyst. Responsibilities of the eCommerce Business Analyst:

• This eCommerce Business Analyst role will be involved in migration efforts to merge two ecommerce environments, and also improve upon capabilities in the existing environment
• The ideal candidate will want to understand the impact of their work on the business, and will seek to understand the -why- behind the initiative they are supporting
• Working in an Agile environment is required, preferably in an eCommerce setting
• The main responsibility of this eCommerce Business Analyst role will be to ensure that user stories are being progressed and updated in order to keep task and development on track
• Secondary task include coordinating A/B tests and advising on test KPIs, working with the UX team to refine user stories, coordinate UAT activities, gather requirements from business stakeholders and architects, then translate into technical and non-technical requirements, analyst data in Adobe Analytics and report analysis dashboards to leadership, and assist in scrum meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in product for an eCommerce team or a related organization
• Experience with Adobe Analytics
• Extensive experience creating user stories for Architects, UX, UI, and Engineering using JIRA
• Experience building analytics dashboards and creating presentations for cross-functional teams
• Ability to create cross-functional team alignment for medium and large scale projects
• Ability to adapt project plans in order to ensure the highest quality product is delivered on time
• Flexibility - able to consistently drive results amid rapidly shifting priorities
