Description
The ECOM Change and Communications Organization Effectiveness Professional 2 optimizes the effectiveness of the company, business unit, and team, driving the transformational changes ECOM will have on the associate. This associate will analyze the associate experience of ECOM eligible associates and create strategies to transition associates to new models and ways of working with increased adoption and engagement, driving better business outcomes.
This key team member will coordinate logistics, set up, and production needs for all change and communications events, associate communications, and change plans as part of the implementation effort for the Enterprise Clinical Operating Model (ECOM).

The ECOM Change and Communications Production Development Professional 2 implements communications to increase employee awareness and knowledge of ECOM by identifying all logistical and production needs to fully complete communications and change forums/events. Supports decision making and determining objectives on the technical approach for production and logistics of all events and supporting communications.
To produce communications for ECOM, the ECOM Change and Communications Production Development Professional 2 is proactive in solving for production issues, highly organized in the management of key stakeholder schedules, is comfortable with running and managing large meetings, and collaborates with other stakeholders such as HR business partners.
