Mortgage Document Specialist -Entry Level Positions

Pay range: $16.00 hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Location: St Paul MN - on site position

We are seeking candidates with excellent organizational and time management skills. In this role you will be responsible for review and inspection of all final mortgage loan documents to ensure they are complete and accurate.

Duties:

• Follow up via email and phone on pending situations
• Record incoming documents as they are received and enter any comments in the system.
• Perform quality control checks on incoming documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Track outstanding documents and monitor reports
• File and recover documents as needed and ship documents to the final destination

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Must have a minimum of 6 months Office experience.
• Must understand MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Organizational skills and good time management
• Must be able to meet deadlines and production goals - work well independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Background check required prior to starting
