We are looking for a District Sales Representative to sell homes for a district of communities. If you have experience selling homes in the real estate industry, we want to talk to you!

OVERVIEW

District Sales Representatives sell new, pre-owned and brokered homes in a specified district of manufactured housing communities. They show, advertise and market homes, prepare home orders, and coordinate closings.

JOB DUTIES

1. Show prospective buyers new, pre-owned and brokered homes for sale in the district.
2. Collaborate with Community Managers to select sites and prioritize site preparation for model homes.
3. Inspect and recommend purchase of pre-owned or repossessed homes.
4. Coordinate model presentation (i.e. repairs, warranty work, cleaning, furniture).
5. Coordinate and manage the Lease Purchase Program (LPP), including submitting service requests and following-up on repairs, leasing, renewals and LPP sale conversions.
6. Request closing packages and perform closings.
7. Review and authorize invoices for payment pertaining to Sun Homes Sales.
8. Coordinate open house planning with Community Managers.
9. Advertise and market homes for sale in the district.
10. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 year experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
• Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
