National Dispatch Center (NDC) - Productivity Dispatch Coordinator

What you will do

The NDC Productivity Specialist (Productivity Dispatch Coordinator) is responsible for performing service dispatch and supporting field operation activities within the Security Domain of JCI. They will work closely with NDC Team Managers, field Service Team Managers, internal Operational Excellence partners, peers and customers to drive key business initiatives and service delivery such as managing service backlog, SLA agreements, ensure technician schedule efficiency, Coordinate Third Party Vendor Meets, accountable for establishing strong professional relationships with field personnel, answering and responding to internal and external inquiries along with other duties to drive field service delivery. They are expected to be able and willing to perform and partner all three major functions within the Productivity Specialist role including Service Dispatch, Inspection Dispatch, and Parts Pending Management.

How you will do it

As a Productivity Specialist team member working in the Kansas City Customer Service Center, it is important to exhibit excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of computer applications, Microsoft Excel skills, strong organizational skills and good decision-making skills. Being flexible and able to deal with rapid change at a moment's notice is key. NDC PS team members must be able to speak confidently in driving the day to day operation and scheduling of service dispatch. NDC PS are responsible for scheduling service request, managing the technicians schedule and driving Key Performance Indicators.
