Job Description Summary / TWC Summary:This position provides leadership and coordination for the university technology infrastructure. While serving as a member of the Office of Information Technology's (OIT) leadership team, this position will be involved in the development and implementation of a variety of institutional strategic, tactical, communication, and other plans, projects, and initiatives. This position is responsible for directing the activities of the OIT infrastructure team, ensuring the provision of consistent and superior services, while also providing professional development opportunities as needed for continued success and growth. Provides strategic visioning and solutioning for the university's technology infrastructure including network servers/workstations, telecommunications, wireless connectivity, databases, information systems and information security, which includes Active Directory, Identity Management, and Integration Methodologies for third-party platforms. As a member of the OIT department this position strives to ensure consistency in communications, actions, and alignment to the strategic plan of the university. This position is also responsible for supporting the mission of the university by delivering technology, services, solutions and guidance to the students, faculty, staff and the community in a professional, exemplary, service oriented collaborative manner.

Hiring Range:$123,467.00 - $160,508.00
Education:Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Information Technology, Business or closely related discipline.
Required Licensing/Certification:None required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of:
Seven (7) to nine (9) years of related experience.
