  • Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Director- Regional Engineering Manager

  • Primary Tasks
  • Oversee a portion of the Regional Engineering Team to include achievement of sales targets, creation and monitoring of goals, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensure the alignment of the REM team's objectives fully support the vision of the Holman Supply Chain Value Proposition
  • Seek out and implement new tools, communication mechanisms, or workflows that streamline processes, increase efficiency and improve the overall sales experience
  • Maintain strong relationships with leaders and key decision makers in the Fleet industry
  • Build relationships and increase partnerships with clients
  • Facilitate the growth and professional development of Managers
  • Travel to regional sales offices to provide leadership on overarching sales strategies
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry conferences
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Relevant Work Experience:
  • 8-10 years' experience, including 5+ at a leadership level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines

Education and/or Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's Business Administration preferred
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
