Vantage HCM is searching for a successful Director of Application Development to join our high-performance team. This position will direct the team and technology responsible for all technology architecture and design, quality, and user experience. In this position you will lead and manage a team of people involved in applying technology to achieve a software-based solution supporting ADP's company goals. Leadership includes communicating, promoting teamwork, fostering quality awareness, establishing and maintaining relationships, motivating, rewarding and recognizing achievements, coaching and counseling, monitoring and maintaining group moral and setting an example. Management includes assessing performance and providing feedback, assigning work tasks, identifying and securing training from team members, guiding team members along career paths, managing within budget and schedule requirements, planning and managing projects, providing status reports and ensuring that work in performed in a professional manner and according to established processes and standards.
