Provideoperational oversight of all activities for assigned practices and departments.In collaboration with appropriate interdisciplinary team members, isresponsible for the oversight of clinical programs, regulatory compliance,performance improvement, certification and accreditation and qualityimprovement processes. Managerial oversight for each of these identified areasalong with supervision of healthcare staff.

Thisposition is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluationof assigned practices. Works closely with the operational and clinicalleadership both within the medical group and in the market to advance the goalsand mission of the OSU Medicine. Leadership responsibilities include revenuecycle management, administration, program management, business development andstrategic planning.

-Be innovative Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Required:
-Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health or other related field.
-Minimum of 7 years of healthcare practice management experience within multi clinic, multispecialty orgeneral acute healthcare delivery setting.
-Ability to write / develop complex documents without significant supervision, including: Presentations, Business Plans, Financial Modeling, etc.

Skills, Proficiencies, and Knowledge:
Mustpossess strong knowledge/application of systems framework, excellent strategicthinking skills, demonstrated resource management and stewardship skills,strong team orientation, strong customer-focus, demonstrated ability tolead/implement change activities, demonstrated skills in influencing throughrelationships, excellent analytical thinking skills and excellent oral andwritten communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires rapid cycle turnaround, innovative thinking, and high-quality deliverables. Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications, including but not limited to intermediate knowledge of the following Microsoft products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Preferred:
Experience in asports medicine, P/T, and/or Orthopedic setting preferred.
