RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking a Director of FP&A to join their team. This client is a large retail company with a growing online presence. This role will work on a team of 40 people. This Director of FP&A will role will work remotely but will need to make occasional visits to the office.Responsibilities of the Director of FP&A will include:- Director of FP&A will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare and maintain financial models
- Director of FP&A will prepare reporting
- Manage 3 staff members
- Evaluate processes and implement improvements
- Director of FP&A will prepare ad hoc analyses
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
- CPA is a plus
- 10-15 years of FP&A experience
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills
