*Description*
* Lead organization-wide budgeting process
* Create forecasts, providing updates to the annual budget
* Provide financial and decision-making support to management
* Outline, implement, and revise financial policies and guidelines for the organization
* Manage financial forecasting
* Oversee accounting operations, cash flow, internal controls, reporting, forecasting, budget development and oversight

* 10-15 years related experience working in a leadership capacity
* 8+ years proven experience in financial management and accounting
* Experience with audit, legal compliance, and budget development
* CPA preferred
* Effectiveness managing others
* Organizational management, team building skills, track record of improving operational processes
* Experience working in fast-paced environment
* Ability to interface with senior management, Board of Directors, and Staff
* Operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker
* Effective communication of key data, including presentations
