What You Will Be Doing As our Director of Development, you will be responsible for leading a deal team on executing all functions of development for affordable housing and multifamily projects with a focus on financial analysis, due diligence, policy research, site selection, entitlements, and overall management of the development process from inception to groundbreaking.
What You Need for this Position --MUST have EXTENSIVE Florida LIHTC experience--

5+ years of experience in:
-LIHTC/Section 8/HUD in FLORIDA
- Site identification, financing, tax credit processing, entitlements, policy, politics, and other predevelopment experience
-Real Estate Development
-Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred

--MUST have EXTENSIVE Florida LIHTC experience--
