Salary: 140k-170k DOE
Description: Judge Group is actively seeking a Director of Distribution Center Operations for a fortune 100 company in the Seattle Washington area. The right candidate will have 9-12 years' experience in a Distribution Center management capacity and have a bachelor's degree in business or logistics.

MUST HAVE: Distribution Center Management experience

MUST HAVE: Proven experience in developing and managing annual operating plans (P&L)

MUST HAVE: Experience in computerized warehouse management and transportation management systems

MUST HAVE: 9-12 years' experience with 10+ years of progressive DC management experience

LIKE TO HAVE: Grocery Distribution

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Driving and leading supply chain operational and financial performance which includes logistical receiving, storage, and shipping of dry and perishable products to meet retail store requirements. A primary focus will also be on leading and developing talent, engagement, and culture across teams.
