Beacon Hill Legal is working closely with a boutique government contracts law firm with offices in the metro DC area seeking a Director of Consulting. This position will report directly to the CEO and COO and will work with clients as well as others in the firm while managing both the GSA Schedules business unit and the training practice group. This position requires understanding and knowledge of GSA Schedules, FAR, DFARS, GSAM, policies, and the federal contracting industry.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years' experience negotiating and managing GSA Schedule contracts, managing a consulting group, and developing and delivering training programs. This is a busy and energetic firm looking for someone who can proactively address client issues before they're a problem, work alongside and manage a highly productive group, and develop and deliver training to clients on GSA Schedules.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of GSA Schedules and federal contracting
• 10+ years consulting or working within the GSA Schedules/Federal Contracting industry
• 5+ years managing a team and/or training clients on federal contracting matters
• Experience or comfort speaking at conferences and training events
• Bachelor's Degree

This full-time position will require some time in the office in the D.C. area, but will allow for remote work as well.
