Are you our next Director, Investor Relations?

The Director, Investor Relations will help develop, maintain and enhance close strategic working relationships with the financial community. In partnership with the VP Investor Relations, this individual will be responsible for engagement with the investing public, shareholders and financial professionals; advising senior management on shareholder engagement strategies; collaborating with the entire business to create a cohesive investment thesis; and contributing to the quarterly earnings process.

What will you do?

  • Prepare earnings materials, which include press releases, presentations, conference call scripts, and Q&A materials.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and External Reporting to identify critical KPIs and address investor expectations; contribute to forecasting and guidance process improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with existing shareholders and the Sellside analyst community.
  • Educate new and potential investors on the company's background and key drivers.
  • Advise senior leadership on investor reactions to strategic decisions; provide ongoing competitive analysis that may impact investor sentiment.
  • Direct the planning of and attend investor conferences, meetings and road shows, which will include developing presentations and associated materials.

What do you need for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree required with a major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of related finance, investor relations or communications experience
  • Demonstrated financial modeling and analysis skills
  • Knowledge of fertilizer or agricultural industry is preferred
  • Research systems (FactSet, Bloomberg, Thomson, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
