The Jewish Board's Community Behavioral Health treatment programs provide compassionate, high quality, evidence-based services to individuals and families in the communities we serve. Our staff use a culturally affirming, person-centered approach to help individuals and their families develop skills and resources to improve overall functioning, to instill hope, and to strengthen resiliency. Our programs work closely with community partners to address health disparities in our neighborhoods while also celebrating the strengths and resiliency of our communities.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The program director, reporting in to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for the clinical, operational, fiscal and administrative oversight of the One Call Unit Program. The One Call Unit is designed to be the central scheduling and registration unit for those seeking services from The Jewish Board. Currently, the program directly supports JB Clinics and PROS outpatient, behavioral health programs in this way. Over the next two years, the program director will play a key role as the One Call Unit expands to support all Jewish Board Programs. They will be responsible for working with program and administrative leadership to build out the expansion while working to ensure the expansion improves quality of care and increases access to services for clients. Additionally, the program director will provide on-going supervision to all program staff including assigned supervisory, clinical, and administrative staff. They also insures that quality services, in line with City, State and JBFCS mandates, are uniformly provided and They monitors operations to certify that best-practice methodologies are uniformly employed, reviewed and updated as necessary. They also maintains relationships with all JB programs, various city and regulatory bodies while cultivating additional resources and relationships with community organizations for purposes of referral and collaboration.
