Direct Support Professional - PRN

If you are a Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Home Health aide or always wanted to be one, this is the opportunity for you as we are hiring immediately!

Direct Support Professional responsible for the specialized care of individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Supports individual(s) in a medical based facility, with 24 nursing care, to include total assistance for activities of daily living and personal care such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting. May accompany individual(s) to a variety of scheduled medical appointments, completing pre/post paperwork, as needed. May transport an individual, following vehicle policy and procedure and adhering to Pennsylvania driving laws. Documents individual daily progress report in individual's electronic health record; updates all communication logs as directed. Immediately reports to the shift supervisor, any uncharacteristic situation(s) for appropriate direction.
