About You

• A bachelor's degree is highly preferred
• A dynamic and adaptable communicator able to connect with diverse clientele
• 1+ years of sales experience
• Self-motivated, highly organized and eager to learn
• Enjoys working both collaboratively and independently

About the Job

• Qualify leads and gather relevant information through outbound client calls
• Provide exemplary customer service during client conversations
• Develop market knowledge and expertise to assist clients and upsell products
• Address client inquiries and ensure you can provide working solutions
• Meticulously document all client conversations and correspondence within the company database
