Our client, an innovative and technology based financial services company is seeking a highly driven direct-hire Business Development Associate to join their established sales team in Philly! This person will inherit several active accounts in addition to identifying new opportunities with various business leaders. A self-motivated work ethic is a must!

About You:

• 2+ year of sales experience required, B2B sales preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required for this role
• Superb customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An outgoing personality couple with an enthusiasm for building relationships
• Ability to work efficiently independently while also consistently collaborating with team
• Determined worth ethic with a drive to meet and exceed goals

The Job:

• Make introductory calls, host virtual meetings, and lead in-person presentations when needed
• Engage and cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients
• Research and qualify new contacts and potential prospects with various businesses
• Create sales strategies and custom-tailored solutions for clients
• Serve as a product expert for clients in order to educate and inform
• Perform associated administrative work including updating system and processing payments
