WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and analytical Digital and Website professional who will contribute to delivering the best digital and website experiences for Tealium's prospects and customers across the globe. Web and digital are critical to Tealium's brand and demand channels to ensure our target audiences are educated, engaged, and can effectively convert after a high-velocity sales cycle.

This individual will work cross-functionally to support our global teams (NA, EMEA, and APJ) with their website experience and digital program efforts, along with managing projects with key external agency partners and tools. They will also be responsible for reporting on the success across all mediums to ensure all efforts are effective, within budget, and continuously optimized to deliver results.

The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically from creation to execution, loves working as part of a team, shows innate curiosity, and thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

This position reports to the Director, Digital & Website.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• OVERALL + LEAD GENERATION - Deliver Tealium's story and drive leads with effective planning, implementing, and monitoring of the Tealium.com website and global digital marketing programs across all channels including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn), display, chat (Drift), website, and SEO.
  
• WEBSITE - Effectively create key website experiences including personalization, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and content upkeep to help increase website traffic, increase website performance, and support global marketing efforts.
  
• SEO - Plan, develop, and help implement Tealium SEO strategy including organic search optimization, keyword research, content optimization, and generation of organic traffic and leads.
  
• REPORTING - Display a solid understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics), B2B KPIs, and metrics to report on the performance of all website and digital marketing programs from in-platform to full funnel metrics through our Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce)
  
• OPTIMIZATIONS - Continuously optimize performance across all channels based on reporting to ensure success of all our website and digital efforts.
  
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Effectively manage projects and tasks within our project management tool (Asana), ensuring they are on track for completion and goals are met.
  
• PARTNER/STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT - Collaborate closely with internal and external partners and stakeholders to ensure optimum digital and website experiences
  
• BUDGETING - Successfully managing the budget for all assigned programs and tools including budget recommendations, forecasting spend, working with finance on invoices and actuals, setting up and maintaining partner relationships, and ensuring that they do not exceed their allocated budget amounts.
  
• EFFICIENCY - Effectively research and evaluate tools and resources to streamline/improve Tealium's processes to maximize efficiency and cost.
  
• PRESENTATION - Effectively report, provide insights, and present on website and digital programs to the leadership and global teams.
  
• INNOVATION - Stay ahead of trends in the website and digital industry to grow and maintain the roadmap for new projects, tests, and opportunities
  

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

• 3+ years of website management and SEO experience
  
• 3+ years of digital/online marketing experience (PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Chat, Display)
  
• 3+ years using various CMS (WordPress and similar), Google Ads, LinkedIn, Moz or similar, Drift or similar, and Display tools
  
• 3+ years of experience using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to report on programs
  
• 3+ years of experience using Marketo, or a similar Marketing Automation tool
  
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing multiple website and digital programs/projects simultaneously
  
• Experience and comfortability with managing large budgets for various programs
  
• Track record of delivering results related to lead generation and brand awareness
  
• Knowledge of tag management and conversion tracking for effective website experiences and digital programs
  
• Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups and external agency relationships
  
• Experience and comfortability working in a B2B environment (Tech/SaaS strongly preferred)
  
• Fast learner and ability to quickly pick up processes and new technologies
  
• A curious and positive team player with a service mindset
  
• Google Ads certifications a bonus
  
• BA/BS degree or equivalent related work experience
  
• Ability to travel up to 20% within region
  

In many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions. Although this isn't a requirement in every state, communicating transparently is a cornerstone of our operations at Tealium, and we believe in making this information available to all applicants.

The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following:

• Employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock options.
  
• Employees and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  
• Employees have the option to enroll in our 401k plan and are eligible to receive contributions for company matching.
  
• Employees are eligible for unlimited paid time-off and extended paid parental leave.
  
• We offer 11 paid holidays annually with an additional Healium Be-Well break for most employees.
  
• We offer 15 hours of paid work time for volunteer activities and programs.
  
• Our sick leave accrual is the following for our employees:
  
  • Exempt CA employees (not including San Francisco) : accrue 40 hours each year. Unused sick leave carries over into the next year. Employees cannot exceed 80 hours in a given year.
    
  • Exempt Non - CA employees (not including NY) including SF: Accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year.
    
  • Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.

Compensation Range- $64,000-$80,000
