Position:

Stenograph's Digital Transformation Manager is a strategic leader that is accountable to manage and track all digital transformation program initiatives at Stenograph. As the Digital Transformation Manager, the individual will create programs designed to successfully deliver on Stenograph's digital technology objectives in addition to establishing MIS (Management Information Systems) policy and direction while aligning information systems and data architecture / infrastructure goals with company objectives. They will be responsible for overseeing the development and communication of success criteria for multiple programs to all functional stakeholders within the business. Ultimately, they are accountable to ensure that all program goals are achieved in a timely manner and that conflicts and issues with programs are identified proactively and resolved to deliver program success.

Responsibilities includes:

Program & Project Management

  • Work with Senior Program Manager and Heico PMO Function to create effective program and project plans along with ongoing reporting and transparency within the organization
  • Track and manage all digital transformation initiatives at Stenograph
  • Partner with the VP and Senior Management Team on all MIS operational and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations to Sr. Mgmt based on a cost benefit analysis of the changes necessary and any new technology available
  • Work directly with Corporate PMO and Platform IT teams to coordinate efforts around ERP, e-commerce and MIS systems
  • Actively participate in long-term MIS strategic planning in conjunction with short and long term corporate goals
  • Oversee and project manage the work of, outside vendors/consultants including adhering to budget and holding 3rd parties accountable
  • Responsible for the framework and facilitation of project plans from ideation to completion.
  • Oversee, develop, and communicate success criteria/metrics for multiple programs to all functional stakeholders and track progress
  • Ensure all program goals are reached and be accountable for achieving program success criteria/metrics
  • Work closely with program sponsors, cross-functional team leads, and assigned product managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate and lead weekly project reviews with functional stakeholders as well as monthly program reviews with Stenograph's leadership team
  • Work with key functional stakeholders to identify cross-functional risks, conflicts, and opportunities to achieve program goals and success criteria
  • Create, maintain, and update Stenograph's master program plan using tools such as MS Project.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.

MIS Management & Strategy

  • Responsible for the strategic and tactical management of information systems. This includes, but is not limited to, ERP, eCommerce, Data Lake, and other MIS systems
  • Make recommendations to improve the efficiency of internal systems and processes; stay abreast of current technology that may be applied in-house, while being cognizant of budget and resource restraints
  • Work with Sales & Marketing to set and manage an ecommerce strategy. Coordinate with Marketing, internal development team and outside consultants to maintain the company website
  • Manage the company document and record imaging system

Qualifications

The candidate will be an experienced MIS / Program Management professional with at least 7 years of broad MIS or Technical program management experience, including the evaluation of new technology and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership. S/he will ideally have experience managing MIS technologies (Cloud, IoT, Database infrastructure, ERP, eCommerce).

  • A minimum of a bachelor's college degree in business or relevant technical field. Master's degree preferred
  • Required Project Management certification such as PMP or SAFe
  • Required experience with ERP implementations / upgrades or ERP Project Management
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft CE, Azure, Google cloud or AWS a plus
  • Demonstrated excellence in managing Data Architecture, IoT, cloud computing and hosting, ERP and eCommerce
  • SQL Server database experience including SSRS knowledge
  • Flexible self-starter with a strong commitment to working closely with cross functional leadership team members
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to meeting/exceeding program success metrics
  • Required proficiency in MS Office Project, Power Point, Excel, Word, etc. Desired proficiency in Power Platform, Power BI
  • An effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills (internal and external)
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple high priority initiatives
