Our client, a digital marketing agency, is recruiting for a contract design project manager who will be responsible for keeping track of all creative schedules/budgeting and will regularly update our client and vendor partners on where projects stand. A complete understanding of the design process is required to succeed in this position, including the ability to anticipate and react to time-related constraints. Ideal candidates will have experience managing client expectations, are comfortable in high-pressure situations and understand tight deadlines.

This is a 6+ month contract with the potential to extend and 100% remote. Must be local to the New England area.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project timelines and budgets
• Provide detailed status updates to client partners and internal team
• Create production schedules
• Assist with project estimates
• Meet regularly with other internal teams to provide status updates
• Attend client partner and internal team meetings, taking notes, summarizing information and ensuring project teams are apprised of milestones and updates.
• Run resourcing reports
• Other duties as required

Qualified candidates will have:

• 5+ years' experience in a project management role (PMP preferred)
• High energy, a sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
• Experience in writing for a professional setting
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite expertise
• Understanding of digital environments preferred
