Who We Are: At Iowa Farm Bureau Federation (IFBF), we are committed to the people, progress, and pride of Iowa. IFBF is Iowa's largest farm organization, established in 1918. We remain a statewide, non-profit grassroots farm organization dedicated to our mission of creating a vibrant future for agriculture, farm families, and their communities. We work for family farmers in areas critical to the success of their farm enterprises, from representing their public policy interests at the local, state, and national levels, to enhancing market opportunities and providing cutting-edge information to enhance their decision making abilities. In addition to working for farmers, we are strengthening rural communities, investing in youth and education, and promoting quality healthcare - serving Iowans in all walks of life.
We're looking for someone who is excited about learning…about our organization, how we do things, and how our work benefits farmers and all Iowans! The Marketing & Communications Division is responsible for promoting Farm Bureau and agriculture to Farm Bureau members and non-members. Our department accomplishes this through an integrated marketing and branding strategy that includes online platforms, mass media, tactical public relations activities, the weekly Iowa Farm Bureau Spokesman newspaper, the monthly Family Living newspaper, radio programs, and multimedia and video projects.
What You'll Do: As our Digital Marketing Analyst II, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing sophisticated online marketing programs and campaigns that support IFBF strategies. You will use a data-driven approach to help IFBF online marketing programs and campaigns reach strategic goals by optimizing for search engines (SEO), user experience, conversions, social media engagement, digital ad performance, email performance, and more.
