Your Role:

As the Digital Solutions' specialist, you will be responsible for the digital experience of customers visiting the M Lab™ Collaboration Centers, both on-site and virtually. In this exciting role you will partner with Marketing and the Digital Experience team to evaluate market needs, develop engaging digital experiences, drive new innovations and maintain current installations. This role will involve building strong relationships with the global M Lab™ Collaboration Center teams, driving their "Customer Ready Always" philosophy.

Primary Function:

• Together with the Head of M Lab™ Collaboration Centers you will establish a roadmap for Digital Experiences driven by understanding market needs
• Define business requirements and build business case for new digital experiences connected to the M Lab™ Collaboration Centers, including user requirement specifications
• Conduct regular market analysis/VOC driving new ideas
• Work in partnership with the Digital Experience team to ensure alignment on organizational goals & objectives
• Manage the overall budget for digital experiences, working with vendors when needed.
• Maintain and improve all current digital experiences within M Lab™ Collaboration Centers, ensuring that all products are maintained effectively, inclusive of decommissioning experiences when relevant.
• Connect regularly with all M Lab™ Collaboration Centers Technical Operations teams in the network to ensure all digital systems are fully operational.
• Troubleshoot with the teams to ensure a solution is found, connecting all relevant parties
• Develop content for marketing collateral in conjunction with marketing communications team
• Deliver internal training, including the development of relevant content and playbooks
• Embrace and promote a culture of continuous process improvement
• Partner cross-functionally with all global M Labs, PS Digital Strategy team, Life Science Communications and more

Who You Are:

Minimum qualifications:

• Universitydegree (BA/BS) in natural sciences, engineering, or business administration
• 5+ years practical experience in leading digital transformation projects and developing digital solutions and a high affinity for digital technologies
• Experience in a complex, global biopharma/life science and/or consultancy business is strongly preferred

Preferred qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, energetic, inquisitive, organized, achievement-oriented with a desire to be part of a dynamic, global team consistently developing new and innovative ways to engage customers.
• Interest in digital interactive tools, applications, and social media platforms is a strong requirement
• Experience in the development of digital marketing strategies and campaigns is highly preferred
• Proficient in Office 365 Suite
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting, strategic thinker with demonstrated track record of success in the development and execution of business programs
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional and environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a high degree of independence
• Capable of influencing and navigating through a complex organization
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to present at all levels of Stakeholders
• Domestic and international travel required up to 20%.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a virtual environment and to interact effectively with staff in all geographies and at different levels.
• This is a global function and can involve up to 10% conference calls at non-standard hours.
