JD: DevOps Lead

Location: Bellevue,Redmond, Seattle - Local to WA or open to relocate to WA

Responsibilities:

• Be part of anAzure based Data and Analytics platform / Datawarehouse implementation programand lead the DevOps stream.

• Collaborate with Design andEngineering teams to build and maintain data pipelines in production environment.

• Evaluate andrecommend solutions for optimized infrastructure utilization andproduction deployments.

• Develop andmaintain scripts / frameworks primarily in C#, SQL, ASP.Net, PowerShell, and Azure

• Analyze performanceof various data products in production to learn and make the product better.

• Work with supportto triage and debug technical support requests escalated to the product team/

• Ensure highavailability of production systems.

• Maintain ServiceTree and production tools such as ADO, Github.

• Design and developCICD solutions and effective implementation of Build & Deployment practices

• Practicalexperience in data mining and analysis tools with intermediate to advancedquery skills (ex. MS SQL, Synapse Analytics, Data Explorer,Cosmos, Hive, MR, RedShift, Snowflake, MySQL).

• Ability to learnquickly and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8-10 years' experience designing, buildingand running large scale and highly available cloud based bigdata platforms

• Experience with Azure based DevOps/ContinuousDelivery platforms

• Experiencewith Agile work tracking tools

• Experience withhigh scale SQL and general database knowledge¿

• Knowledge of oneor more programming / scripting languages such as C#, Python, Powershell

• Strongproblem solving, design, coding, and debugging skills

• Troubleshootingskills across network, application, caching, queuing, load-balancing storage anddistributed services layers
