Job Summary
As a Desktop Support Technician, you will perform a variety of general support tasks within an established IT infrastructure.
Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst. This position will be full-time and onsite. This is a long-term assignment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide VIP Support for client's executives
  • Possesses technical acumen to independently navigate and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Collaborate with the IT department when necessary to address more complex technical challenges.
  • Facilitate seamless execution of executive meetings by setting up audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth and productive meeting experience.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Act as a liaison between executives and The IT Org.
  • Display confidence and professionalism when interacting with executives and team members. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Take a proactive stance in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Anticipate needs and provide solutions before issues arise.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire and eagerness to learn. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Adapt quickly to new technologies and tools as needed.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
