Location: Camden, NJ
Salary: $23.00 USD Hourly - $25.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Desktop Support

Position: Quality Technician - IT Support

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with possible flexibility to support business needs)
• Location: Onsite in Camden (renovations related, shipping equipment)
• Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with end users in a corporate environment.
  • Assist with business-as-usual scenarios and gain real-world experience in modern device management.
  • Participate in the transition from on-premises to cloud-based solutions, including SCCM, Intune/Autopilot, GPO, and Intune Policy.
  • Support thousands of users.
  • Handle incoming tickets using ticketing software (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Pay attention to detail in ticket management, including timely handling, proper notes, and timely closure.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, technical degree, or associate's degree preferred.
  • Will accept work experience in lieu of a degree; resume must clearly demonstrate strong help desk experience.
  • Good people skills and a troubleshooting mindset.
  • Comfortable with business casual attire (not suit and tie).
  • Experience with Intune & Autopilot is a plus but not required.
• Team Structure:
  • Creating an insourced onsite IT support team.
  • Hybrid team of full-time employees and contract resources to adjust to changing demand.
