Job Description:

We are looking for help with a computer refresh project in Schaumburg Illinois. This individual will be in charge of stockroom activities and inventory control for the project. This will include receiving equipment from the supplier on pallets, checking in, organizing, issuing to users, monitoring inventory and updating inventory mechanisms for monitoring and control.

Responsibilities:

IT support specialists that assist clients with hardware and software issues. Their job is to provide on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.

Developing, maintaining and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware and system software components. Performing installation, maintenance and support of system software/hardware and user support

Configuring, debugging and supporting multiple infrastructure platforms

Performing high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and creating preventive measures
