ABOUT THE JOB
The Harry Blumenfeld Counseling Center ("Pelham clinic") is an Article 31 OMH certified outpatient mental health clinic. The clinic is located in a racially and culturally diverse community and treatment and services are provided in a culturally affirming manner. The clinic serves individuals of all ages and their families and support system. In addition to the main site, the clinic has two satellites located in Bronx Science High School and Lehman High School.
The Director has full responsibility for the clinical, fiscal and administrative functions of the clinic and its satellites. In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring program operations are run efficiently to prevent service disruptions, to ensure timely access to care, and to ensure program services and operations are in compliance with regulatory agencies. The Director works closely with multiple Jewish Board departments and external agencies to provide quality services and improve treatment outcomes. Specific responsibilities include:
