Job Summary
- Support high level objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and profitability by identifying, designing, and implementing advanced analytic projects utilizing techniques in statistical modeling and machine learning
- Responsible to solve complex business problems by providing actionable insights to a variety of internal clients through visualization and reporting
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement machine learning and data mining algorithms to build predictive models and reveal insights about our businesses and our customers.
- Perform complex analyses of target markets and customer behavior.
- Collect, organize, manipulate, and analyze a wide variety of data (Utilizing SQL, SAS, Python, R and similar software).
- Perform clustering and/or segmentation analysis.
- Track and report on the performance of the deployed models.
- Collaborate with the database marketing personnel in the deployment of the models built and in the overall development and refinement of the database marketing strategy.
- Build interactive dashboards and infographics to help executives in strategic decision making.
- Distill qualitative and quantitative insight to communicate compelling stories in Tableau.
