Within our Analytical Services team, we have a functional service provider solution, which is a unique partnership that allows our customers to leverage the experience of our staff, while allowing you, the employee, to gain direct experience working onsite at a pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical company, all while maintaining full-time benefits.
Key responsibilities:
- As a Data Review Supervisor (Associate Group Leader), you will be responsible for overseeing a business unit consisting of one of the following fields: Finished Goods Laboratory Operations, Raw Material/ In-Process Laboratory Operations, Laboratory Support Operations, Laboratory Continuous Improvement/Compliance Operations, Stability, Validation and support Regulatory Submissions. Your main responsibilities will include managing, leading, training and developing your team to ensure that the department has the appropriate talent and level of performance to meet business objectives. You will also be responsible for problem solving and identifying and resolving people issues without direct supervision.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in lab sciences such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Material Science, Immunology, Biology, Molecular Biology or similar

AGL: Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable 6+years')
- OR Masters degree and previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable 4+ years')
- OR PhD and previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable 2+ years')
In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Relevant Quality Control Lab, Data Review, GMP experience. Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with high level of technical skill in technical lab operations and good understanding of related business.
- Knowledge in Product Quality, Quality Control Lab Operation and Regulatory requirements is required.
- Ability to work independently and make operational and business decisions to meet operational goals and business needs.
- Experienced in developing team and managing the budget.
- Skilled in interacting and establishing a positive interaction with internal and external customers.
- Shows broad understanding of the issues relevant to technical/science and business
- Strong creative problem solving and analytical skills.
