The Role in Brief

Data Integration Analyst, Production Support

The Data Integration Analyst is responsible for maintaining the health and integrity of the data in our live sites. The Analyst serves as Tier II or Level 2 support for data integration and configuration between client IT systems and EAB technology. The Analyst executes routine data updates, works with institutions to resolve problems or complete change requests in the SQL data extracts, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. The Analyst works across all products in EAB Technology.

This role is based in Washington, D.C or Richmond, VA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Effectively triage and manage a queue of partner production issues post implementation
  • Learn and master the data requirements of EAB's SSMS products
  • Communicate directly with partners in a professional and timely manner to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot data validity issues reported by partners by understanding and correcting established ETL code (SQL)
  • Update existing ETL procedures based on new, incoming partner requirements

Basic Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • 0-3 years' experience extracting data from a variety of platforms, performing data mapping, data transformation, and loading data to the target system
  • Fluency in SQL skills
  • Proven customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail
  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical reasoning and problem solving ability
  • Proven ability to be able to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced work environment
  • Exhibit a high level of organizational skills and sense of personal accountability
  • Valid Driver's License
