RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Data Analyst II in Syracuse, NY.Duties:

• Performs data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting
• Designs, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries desired, and stored procedures
• Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites
• Manage and support promotional activities throughout the lifecycle of the offer
• Ensure compliance and audit activities as needed including monitoring/reporting of sales funnel and financial budgeting
• Responds to data inquiries from various groups within the organization
• Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports
• Documents reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required
• Creates and supports database populated by Excel extracts as well as maintains regular reporting from it

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential
• Successful candidate should be able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
• Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software a plus
