Job Summary
This position reports to the Manager of Business Analytics and Strategy for Customer Retention and Quality Assurance, and is responsible for a full range of activities related to data analysis, planning, development, deployment, and support of new and existing projects impacting multiple businesses units and business processes.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete and distribute routine Conservation and Quality Assurance reporting that tracks and measures the performance of initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to utilize data analytics (Tableau, SQL, MS Excel, and other data mining tools) to monitor, extract and evaluate data in order to streamline reporting processes.
- Track and analyze business unit trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the department in order to create new or maximize existing initiatives based on the routine reporting and data that the Analyst manages.
- Projects - Assist in performing quality assurance and testing when implementing new processes/procedures/systems.
- Presents findings and insights to management
