Customer Support Associate II

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.
• Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms, filing, set up of MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 (Customer Part and Pricing System) maintenance for contract pricing
• Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.
• Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.

What We Are Looking For

• Typically requires a 4-year degree and 1- 2 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
• identified problems and is able to use standard procedures and make sound decisions.
