Position Summary:

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be a trusted advisor to users. You will work to remove organizational and technical barriers and identify opportunities to help customers expand their use. Understanding application functions, initiative to research use cases, and ensure that customers are successfully onboarded and trained to maximize their efficiency.

What you will be doing:

  • Serve as part of the support team, the first point of contact for users seeking assistance. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through support queue. Follow through to satisfactory outcome for the customer
  • Provide application support to users through support platform; including troubleshooting, researching application functions, recommend configuration improvements
  • Develop onboarding and training plans to facilitate adoption of the platform and maintenance of user knowledge base
  • Elevate recurring issues to Product Management to find ways to improve the overall functionality and customer experience
  • Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, often in combination with travel
  • Other skills related to building a career in customer success management!


The education and experience we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, interfacing with users and reporting to management
  • Experience providing customer service and driving product adoption in large organizations
  • Commercial real estate industry experience a plus
