We are hiring two Customer Service Represenatatives for a call center located in Costa Mesa / Irvine area.
This will be onsite, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Duties:
Manage large amouts of incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achive satisfaction
Handle customer complaints
Requirements:
Strong phone contact handlling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Excellent communication and presentation skiils
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Call center experience is a plus.
Data Entry background
Excel and Word experience
