Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Objective: Assist with administrative support and deliver outstanding customer service. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
* Deal Directly with customers either by telephone or email
* Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: copying, faxing, mailing and filing
* Processing daily invoicing duties, communicating with internal and external customers.
* Coordinate and process customer orders/questions/requests with operations and sales teams.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints with assistance of getting the right person who can assist with resolving issues
* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
* Provide pricing and delivery information
* Assisting all customers
* Process orders, forms, applications and request
* Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
* Maintain customer databases
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
* Track, purchase & manage stock of office and kitchen supplies as needed
* Prepare correspondence and presentations
* Prepares and coordinate mail, faxes, and express packages.
* Manage other tasks (ongoing or project) as deemed necessary by management
* Work on special projects as needed
* Must be able to analyze situations for safety and practicability, and deal with problems involving few concrete variables in fairly standardized situations.
* Must demonstrate a professional, courteous demeanor to both customers and coworkers and keep safety in mind at all times.
