SUMMARY
The CSR will manage all aspects of the Customer accounts assigned. They will answer requests, provide price quotation for aftermarket parts and projects, administer warranty and repair returns, confirm received orders, quote follow up and ensure account receivables are current. AFTM projects may also be assigned. The CSR directly contributes to the success of the division by following up on the status of all activities and supporting different services to ensure that the overall objectives are met. The incumbent is responsible for the overall performance of customer accounts under his/her responsibility.
