We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our amazing clients in Roseville, CA.
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr
Responsibilities:
* Computer usage & data entry
* Manage team of customer service representatives
* Professional email communications to internal & external customers.
* Incoming calls & chats - responding to general questions about products & services, billing system inquiries, equipment issues, customer grievances, new orders, & a wide range of topics
* Manage customer database - update & add contact info, notes, resolutions, and adjustments
* Creatively generating solutions to improve processes, service standards, and cost effectiveness
Qualifications:
* 2 years of customer service management experience
* Prior experience using Microsoft Office
* Phone etiquette
* Draft professional emails to send to clients
